When did you last accidentally wear something inside out or back-to-front?

Last week, just as my day was finishing, I realised I’d had my top on inside out all day.
I’d had several video calls.
Even a lunch date with my Ma.
Nobody had said a thing.

I only noticed because the label brushed against my arm.

But did it actually matter? No.

It did the basic things it needed.
Being inside out didn’t affect how warm or cool it kept me.
It didn’t cause a ‘wardrobe malfunction’ (gotta love a euphemism!).
The pattern was woven into the fabric, so it even looked the same.
The only difference was that the stitching was on the outside. Along with the washing instructions.

Sometimes we forget that good enough is, well… good enough.

And no, I didn’t bother turning it the right side out.
